De biologiske indikatorer kan, hvis relevant, evt. placeres i kassetter\/autoklaveposer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sterilization time by the most used methods<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perform a normal sterilization program with instruments in the sterilizer.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For autoclaving with saturated water vapor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">121\u00b0C for a minimum of 15 min.<br>134\u00b0C for a minimum of 3 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For dry sterilization with heat<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">160\u00b0C for a minimum of 2 hours.<br>170\u00b0C for a minimum of 1 hour.<br>180\u00b0C for a minimum of \u00bd hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is important that the sterilization time is counted from the time the specified temperature has been achieved in the sterilizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>After sterilization<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the biological indicators from the sterilizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Replace the biological indicators in the same envelope in which they were received. Remove the instruction manual and tape protection to close the envelope and return the envelope to Safe Sterilization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To shorten the response time, please hand in the envelope at your local Postal Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As soon as Safe Sterilization has the result of your test, you will receive a certificate via email.
